These programs are specifically designed for the frequent flyer as opposed to your regular gym programs making your health and fitness goals highly achievable even on the busiest of days. Travelfitwithme programs are designed for you to exercise outdoors, in the gym or a hotel room… whatever the environment may be- each session is tailored to suit your needs!




What type of workouts will I be doing?


Your workouts will depend on the environment you’re in as well as your likes/ dislikes and your goals. Resistance band, bodyweight, strength, yoga, mobility and rehabilitation training can all be included in programs and as your schedule changes, the program will be adapted accordingly.




I’m travelling most days. Can I still do the program?


Definitely!! Each workout will take you 30-90 minutes depending on your goals, time management, environment etc and programs vary from 3-5 workouts per week. As a frequent traveller, I understand how time can get away from you therefore having a customized program that you can SUSTAIN is my priority.




I’m new to fitness, can I still complete the program?


Absolutely! Each Travelfitwithme program is tailored to your level of fitness and experience. The program is customised each week so as your fitness and experience improves- the workouts are structured accordingly. The programs also includes video analysis- a tool that will help you improve technique, posture and performance rates as you complete the program.




How does the training app work?


The online training app is super easy to use. Simply login and look at your calendar for upcoming workouts. Each workout will have detailed information on it including short videos demonstrating each movement to ensure you get the best results. Throughout the week you will have unlimited in app messaging and workouts will be reviewed keeping you on track and motivated each and every day! The programs are customised each week to suit your upcoming schedule.




Can I do the program with injuries?


Yes you can complete a training program with injuries depending on the severity of the injury. While the program offers rehabilitation, it’s highly recommended to consult with a healthcare professional prior to commencing any program.
